The conversation was moderated by Dr. Richard Downie\, President & Chief Executive Officer of the Los Angeles World Affairs Council & Town Hall. \nAs the crisis in Ukraine continued to unfold\, understanding the perspectives and strategies of Baltic nations was and is crucial.
