SUMMARY:(Zoom Option) Is Bipartisanship Dead?
DESCRIPTION:At a time of historic polarization in Washington and beyond\, this timely discussion brings together leading voices from both sides of the aisle to examine whether bipartisanship is truly a relic of the past or if common ground can still be found on the most pressing issues of our day. This program will feature experienced policymakers who have witnessed first-hand the challenges and opportunities of governing across party lines\, including former Congresswoman Jane Harman (D-CA)\, former Congressman David Dreier (R-CA). Moderating the conversation is Jim Newton\, veteran journalist\, author\, and teacher. The event will take place on Tuesday\, October 14\, 2025\, from 4:00 6:00 PM\, in partnership with the UCLA Luskin School of Public Affairs\, with the UCLA Burkle Center for International Relations serving as a promotional partner. This is the registration for just the Zoom webinar option of this event.
