In a Los Angeles World Affairs Council panel discussion titled "The Effects of Russia's Aggression Against Ukraine: View from the Baltics." we had the honor of hosting the Chairs of the Foreign Affairs Committees from the Parliaments of Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania: Rihards Kols (Chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the Parliament of Latvia), Marko Mihkelson (Chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the Parliament of Estonia), and Ambassador Zygimantas Pavilionis (Chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee of Lithuania) convened at the Union Bank Plaza Conference Center to present their foreign affairs expertise. The conversation was moderated by Dr. Richard Downie, President & Chief Executive Officer of the Los Angeles World Affairs Council & Town Hall.
